In order for our company to function we need drivers. 

Driving for Conway Bailey comes with a raft of benefits, aside from the regulation holidays and pension support, our trucks are all of a high specification. The onboard equipment includes fridges and microwaves.

What We do

TRAMPING

Tramping lorry drivers are the backbone of our fleet. A tramper is the true long-distance lorry driver transporting goods across the UK and Europe.

We have full and part-time tramping positions available. Our drivers can spend up to 5 nights a week in their trucks. The reward is some of the highest levels of driver pay and long term job security.

Milk Collection

Operating within a 30 miles radius of our headquarters in Scorrier our milk collection drivers will spend their time driving between farms throughout West Cornwall collecting milk on behalf of Rodda’s, Cornwall’s most famous diary.

Night Trunk Drivers

Nightime trunk drivers will tramp up and down the same route every night, delivering and collecting 1000’s of pallets for expectant customers every day.

As a trunking driver, you will be expected to consistently meet your timed delivery targets to enable the smooth running of the county’s logistics services. You will be rewarded with some of the best pay levels in the industry.
